i've been waiting patiently for the refresh and now i'm about to purchase my first iMac, just waiting for it to get to israel, hoping this will happen in the next few weeks.
I currently own an 18 months old macbook pro, and a very old and dying PC which the iMac will replace.
I'm a graphic designer, using adobe cs5 products such as: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Flash, Dreamweaver and maybe some After Effects in the future. and i work a lot, day and night.
now i'm little confused about which model should i go for
at first i didn't want the 27" cause i thought it was too big, but i figure i will get use to it, plus i really need a lot of work space on screen (currently working on a 19" and hating it).
but is the base 27" model enough for me?
should i upgrade to i7 or will i5 do the work?
and what about the graphics in the base 27?
will be glad if someone helps out and answer my questions

That is the correct HTML. Make sure you're saving as plain text. If you happen to be using TextEdit, you can do so from the Format menu.

2007 - iPhone (the Apple Beta)
2008 - iPhone 3G - Complete Redesign (or, IMHO, the "real" launch)
2009 - iPhone 3GS - Modest update
2010 - iPhone 4 - Complete redesign
2011 - iPhone 4.5 - Modest update
2012 - iPhone 5 - Complete redesign. (or at least, significant overhaul.)
iPad, iPod Touch & iPod Nano follow this curve. I feel like we can expect a revolutionary new device every 2 years, and a modest upgrade in between.
Eh, at least going by what's under the hood, the 3GS was a more significant upgrade than the 3G. Apparently apple agrees too (iPhone 2G being iPhone 1,1; iPhone 3G being iPhone 1,2; iPhone 3GS being iPhone 2,1). The 3G's CPU, GPU, and RAM were identical to the 2G. Only real addition was the 3G radio (with GPS).

FYI, it's not just a different manufacturer, the newer drive burns CDs faster and does DVD-RAM also.

Went to BestBuy today and had a sales person tell me not to buy a mini but get an imac........he said the speed was too slow compaired to the imac. Also that by the time I paid for mouse, monitor, keyboard I would have the same about of money invested. Just wanted some opinions?

The issue with the iMac vs the mac Mini is that iMac has a more powerful process (Core i5 vs Core 2 Duo), also the imac supports more RAM and has a much more powerful GPU. If you want better raw specs the go iMac. If your computing load is light then you can easily get away with a mini and save some money.
I have a mini server which works great, but it just can't compete on raw GPU horsepower. The sever does fine for chewing through Mathematica computations or playing Unreal Tournament 2004.

Yes, this wouldn't affect Push at all. It's not like jailbreaking. As for an exchange... I assume if you told them that you had a factory unlocked phone, they would check the IMEI information and unlock the replacement phone for you in the store.

I just ask because my assumption was that Apple would look up whether or not you bought the phone unlocked, because in the U.S. there's no official and authorized way to get an unlock, so perhaps at the Genius Bar here in the U.S. Apple would simply look at whether the phone was bought locked or unlocked and replace it with a matching model. Or would they do what you said to accommodate foreign iPhone owners with phones that their carriers officially unlocked?
Now that I think about it, if you have a non-U.S. iPhone and take it to the Genius Bar in the U.S., do they have replacement GSM phones that aren't locked to AT&T?

2) In november of this year, there will be an election, and the winner will be a republican or a democrat.
3) In december a horde of men with white beards wearing red and white outfits will start popping up in shopping outlets and all over the media.
4) At the break of dawn tomorrow the sun will rise up into the sky.
